A Change of Concentration is requested only after a discussion with your faculty advisor.  The Change of Concentration Procedures are included on the form.  The Change of Concentration Form must be submitted and approved to change your concentration.  Submission of the request does not assure final approval of the change. 

If approved, a Curriculum Plan Change Form must also be submitted to reflect your new curriculum.
