Once admitted to the Ph.D. program in nursing, students are assigned an advisor. This faculty adviser provides the students assistance in course selection and research development. For your records, we have developed an Advising Notes Form [pdf] that you should bring to your advising meetings. You also should complete a Course Request Form [pdf] to your adviser each semester.
