- Promote excellence in nursing education by supporting the core curricula of the VCU School of Nursing at the baccalaureate, graduate and doctoral levels.
- Develop, implement and evaluate high-quality specialty curricula that focus on the comprehensive health needs of women, children, families and communities.
Scholarship and Professional Development
- Generate innovative programs of scholarship related to women, children, families, and communities.
- Disseminate knowledge related to women, children, families and communities.
Service
- Promote the health of women, children, families, and communities through service, leadership, and in partnership with others in local, regional, national, and international arenas.
