Affiliate Agreements

The Affiliation Agreements are now housed in the School of Nursing Blackboard organization. Please go to http://blackboard.vcu.edu, log in, and select School of Nursing under organizations. Click Affiliation Agreements on the left menu. Right click on the file and choose "Save target as..." to save the Excel file to your desktop. If you do not find the School of Nursing under organization, please email School of Nursing - IT using Lotus Notes so that we can add you to the organization. Thank you very much.
