Technology: poster printing
The VCU School of Nursing Department of Information Technology will print posters for students, faculty and staff of the School relating to research or academic purposes. There is no charge for this service. We do ask that all poster printing requests be sent to us 2 weeks prior to the event. If you are considering an assignment involving posters, please contact IT at the beginning of the semester to make arrangements for printing and display at a Marvelous Mondays event. Other options for printing posters include: the VCU library, Kinkos, or MakeSigns.com.
Poster guidelines
If you have a poster accepted for presentation at a conference, you will receive an email that specifies the exact dimensions that can be displayed. You will need to make sure to create the poster with these dimensions before adding text or pictures to your PowerPoint slide.
