Virginia Commonwealth University School of Nursing is pleased to participate in the fourth annual East Coast Nursing Consortium Career Fair.   We will host a Career Fair on Monday, December 3, 2007. This is an opportunity for recruiters to meet, interview and interact with many of the best and brightest student nurses in Virginia.  Students, this is an opportunity for you to explore job opportunities and to practice your professional skills.  We encourage all nursing students to attend this event to help you prepare for your future career in nursing.  

Virginia Commonwealth University School of Nursing will have 150 students graduating with their BS in Nursing in 2007, 150 junior students looking for summer internships, and approximately 60 graduate MS & PhD students. Students from VCUís Nurse Anesthesia, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Clinical Lab Science Programs and area colleges are also be invited the Career Fair.

The Career Fair will be a two hour event. We invite nurse recruiters from health care agencies from the region as well as Magnet facilities from across the country.  Graduate Nursing Schools will also be represented.  Lunch will be provided for recruiters, and refreshments are available during your set-up. Set up time for displays will be from 10:00 am to 10:45 am.  All registrants will be provided with one table and two chairs.  Please let us know if electricity is needed.  Please refer to the Exhibitors page for registration and parking information.
